Nova AI may use external AI model providers to generate responses or process user instructions. Depending on the feature, these providers may include:
- OpenAI
- Google Gemini
- Anthropic Claude
- other AI infrastructure providers selected by Krix Studio for performance, safety, or availability
User prompts and relevant context may be sent to these providers only to provide the requested Nova AI function. Krix Studio aims to send only the data necessary for the requested task.
Section 66. Model Training and User Content
Krix Studio does not use your Nova AI prompts, uploaded content, or workspace data to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
External model providers are expected to process submitted content according to their applicable enterprise, API, or data processing terms. Where required, Krix Studio will use available settings or contractual safeguards designed to prevent user content from being used for model training without permission.
Krix Studio may use anonymized, aggregated, or non-identifying operational data to improve reliability, safety, product performance, and user experience.
Section 77. Human Review and Safety
Nova AI outputs may be reviewed by the user before they are deployed or used in business workflows. For sensitive or important decisions, users should verify outputs independently.
Krix Studio may review limited logs or examples when necessary to:

- investigate abuse or security incidents
- debug product errors
- improve safety systems
- comply with legal obligations
Any human review is handled with access controls and only where reasonably necessary.

Nova AI data may be retained according to the following general rules:
| Data category | Typical retention |
|---|
| Account and workspace context | For the duration of the account or contract |
| Prompt and response history | Until deleted by the user, workspace owner, or account closure, unless a shorter product setting applies |
| System, security, and abuse logs | Usually up to 12 months |
| Billing and usage records | As required by tax, accounting, or legal obligations |
| Aggregated analytics | As long as needed for product and business analysis |
Specific retention periods may vary depending on dashboard settings, plan type, legal obligations, or enterprise agreements.
Section 99. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- ensuring they have the right to submit data to Nova AI
- reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them
- configuring workflows and integrations lawfully
- avoiding prohibited or harmful uses
- protecting credentials, secrets, API keys, and confidential data
- obtaining required consents from third parties whose data is processed
Nova AI should not be used to create illegal content, bypass security systems, perform phishing, generate harmful automation, manipulate people unlawfully, or process data in a way that violates GDPR, the EU AI Act, consumer protection law, or other applicable rules.
Section 1010. Automated Decisions
Nova AI is designed to assist users, not to make final decisions with significant legal or similarly important effects for individuals without human review.
Where Nova AI is used to create workflows that may affect people, the user should include appropriate human approval, audit logs, and review steps before deployment.
